Submit an Application
To apply for using the instrument, please attach the following documents:
1. Application Form
2. IRB or REC Documents
3. Proof of funding source
And send the mail to tmbic.nccu@gmail.com
After the application is approved (About 30 days), the following arrangements will be made for the designated personnel：
1. Safety Training
2. Reservation & Payment Process
3. Access card settings

※About IRB or REC Documents
According to the statement on academic ethics by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), the IRB/REC document should be approved by one of the following institutions：

For projects supported by the MOST, please submit a copy of the proof document; for the projects funded by other institutions, please provide relevant documents.
